Improving Employee Retention & Utilization with Artificial Intelligence

presented by Carmen Fontana, Modern Software Delivery, Centric Consulting

Retaining top performers is essential in today’s hyper-competitive employment market. Artificial Intelligence can bring new insights into why your employees stay or go, allowing you to optimize your talent management practices even further. In this session, we will walk through two AI Machine Learning case studies, predicting employee departures and prioritizing employees for staffing assignments. We will dig into the tech – choosing data, designing the models, and implementing for iteration. And we delve into the human side – building confidence and comfort with your stakeholders, implementing the models in the real world, and communicating outcomes. While this session will focus on Machine Learning, the principles learned can be extended to a variety of high human impact technology projects.
