We were excited to partner with SIM-Cleveland on October 18 for a joint event. SIM, the Society for Information Management, is a membership organization consisting of business technology leaders, such as CIOs, VPs of IT, and so forth. It was good to get several of our members together with folks from the local SIM chapter for a different level of networking than we normally offer.
The event was focused on Microsoft Power Automate. Brit Kwait, Capability Lead from Centric Consulting, shared an overview of the platform along with experiences from Centric in helping companies deploy the platform. Per Brit, this application is far-reaching, has a lot of templates built within it, and enables companies to foster citizen development responsibly.
Additionally, the session featured a panel discussion consisting of the following individuals:
- Tim Zarkovacki, Principal Consultant, InTec Consultants
- Ned Sherry, Vice President of Information Technology, Kinetico, Inc.
- Zach Pertee, Solution Architect, Palitto Consulting Services
Each shared use case information along with keys to successful deployment and governance of the tool.
The information provided by the presenters was very good; it was thorough, deep, and actionable. Equally valuable was the opportunity for members of these two organizations to connect for exceptional networking and connections.
We’re all looking forward to working together on another event in 2024!
Finally, we’re very appreciative for our sponsor’s support for this event:
