Lana Zachlin, FRB – Cleveland VP / Information Security Officer, will share her insights. She is responsible for the ongoing development and oversight of the Bank’s information security, IT risk management, and data privacy programs. ZAchlin joined the bank in 1996 and has held her current role since 2020. Ms. Zachlin holds a BS in math and computer science from John Carroll University and an MS in management science, with a concentration in information decision systems, from Case Western Reserve University.
